The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian International Cooperation Agency (PICA), Dr. Riyad Al-Malki, participated in a discussion session on the project to strengthen the national atmosphere and local environment for South-South cooperation and triangular cooperation. 
The panel discussion is organized by the Islamic Development Bank. The IsDB shared the success stories and lessons learned from the programs related to South-South Cooperation.
